What we collect, and why

Contact form

When you send the contact form, the name, email, phone, business name, and message you type are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, the form-delivery service we use. We use that information only to reply to you. We never sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

SOLO chat

Messages you type to SOLO, our AI assistant, are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies. Don't paste anything sensitive into the chat. Chat history lives only in your browser for the current visit — we receive a copy only if you press "Send transcript to NetSoloWeb," which emails the conversation to us so a human can follow up.

Analytics

We count visits with our own small, privacy-friendly tracker — no Google Analytics, no ad networks, no cross-site tracking. It sets one first-party cookie (nsw_g, a random ID) so we can tell returning visitors from new ones. We record which pages are viewed and which external site referred you. We do not store your IP address, and nothing about you is shared with or sold to third parties.

Fonts and libraries

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and, on desktop, a graphics library from the jsDelivr CDN. Your browser requests those files directly from those services, which means they see your IP address as part of serving the file — the same as any CDN-hosted asset on the web.

Cookies

One cookie: nsw_g, a random visitor ID used only for our own visit counting. It expires after a year. No advertising or cross-site cookies. If you block it, the site works fine.

Your choices

• Email admin@netsoloweb.com to ask what we have from you, or to have it deleted.
• Our analytics snippet on client sites respects the "Do Not Track" browser setting.
• Clear your cookies at any time to reset the visitor ID.
